For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the TCI British West Indies. Product Shipping

We aim to ship all items within one working day of receiving your order, though we cannot guarantee this.

TheMindBlower.com via its authorized Fulfillment House avail of standard surface post which will deliver to any of the 191 member countries of the Universal Postal Union countries. If you insist we also avail of DHL which Worldwide delivers within 2-5 days.

Shipments may in certain cases be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our Returns Policy

At TheMindBlower.com/The MindBlower Shop we want you to be pleased with your purchase every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may need to return items for one reason or another, so below is our returns policy.

For all items:
If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, you can return it to us unopened and in its original condition, within 30 days of the purchase as detailed below, and we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the rejected item. Please see "To return an item by post" below for details of how to return rejected items to us.

Defective items:
You can always, within 30 days of the purchase, return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item by post" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Damaged items:
We will refund the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase if our product supplied to the customer is damaged on arrival. Please see "To return an item by post" below for details of how to return damaged items to us.

Delivery charges for rejected, defective and damaged items:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective or damaged, we will, in addition to the refund for the price of the item, refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

To return an item by post:
To return an item; please contact our Sales Operators by e-mail at Info@TheMindBlower.com quoting your reference number. You will be provided with a Returns Number which you must include when sending back your order. This Returns Number is a requirement for all returned orders - without it we cannot provide a refund! Enclose a note giving the reason for the return or a report of the defect or damage, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address you receive by contacting Info@TheMindBlower.com. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packing. Then send the package to the return address you receive.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive the rejected, defective or damaged item together with your report and your notice of cancellation of the order, we will refund within 30 days of cancellation the purchase price for that item less, if relevant, any part of the costs of returning the items to us not paid by you.

Please note that, as an alternative to product refund and total cancellation of an order, we can of course arrange to send you a replacement of or a substitute for the rejected, defective or damaged product.
